I dont know where to start this place was nothing but a headache, and a waste of money, this car was taken in for a bad flexplate, the flex plate was under warranty, and it was almost 2 weeks of fighting phone call after phone call to honor the warranty. When they were doing the inspection they found several leaks rear main seal a turbo return line and oil pain leak. I had them fix the rear main seal and declined repair on the other 2 leaks. When we picked the car up we parked it with no leaks under the car, we drove this car the next day and after coming back from store, we noticed alot of oil under the car. We instantly took it back to mays where they diagnosed that the massive oil leak was the turbo return line and oil pan leak. This car never had any oil under it when we took it in original. I knew these leaks could not be causing the issue. I had a different repair place pick up the car and take it to a different shop. The different shop fixed the turbo return line and oil pan leak for half the price mays wanted but they also found the leak was from an actual torque convertor seal leak, and the rear main seal is still leaking , after I was told it wasn’t by Mays We have had to

Truly an excellent shop. I took my Mustang in a few months ago for an issue that I had already spent over $2,000 trying to fix at two other mechanics. I kept getting a “Check Charging System” message, and the car would sometimes shut off while driving or randomly refuse to start. The first time I brought it to May, they performed a thorough inspection and believed they had found the problem. After making the necessary repair, the issue returned a few weeks later. They took another look and repaired a different possible cause at no charge. When the problem came back one more time, they fixed yet another potential cause—again, completely free. They truly stand behind their warranty and treat their customers like family. At no point did they make me feel like I was a burden or charge me for continuing to diagnose such a difficult problem. I held off on writing this review until I was confident the issue was finally resolved. It’s safe to say they fixed what had been a major headache for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanics.

Came out of work to a flat tire and was unable to get the nuts off of the wheel to get the spare on. Called May’s to see if they’d be able to help me get my spare on. I showed up 30 mins prior to closing. Instead of just putting the spare on and sending me on my way, Big T took the time to look at the tire and patch it up. I couldn’t be more grateful that I stumbled upon May Automotive. They truly went above and beyond!

Friendly and informative staff. Work was finished when I was told it would be. These people have their act together and they CLEARLY know what they are doing. I have personally made the decision to make May Automotive my go to place for all of my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Thanks for being awesome guys.

This auto repair shop is awesome, friendly, but most importantly they are honest and do quality work. I bought a ten year old car in for routine service and thorough inspection and the staff were so professional and efficient. They tiered repairs based on safety, communicated very effectively, were 100% transparent with me, and fixed all my issues. Customer for life!
